• A hospitality professional with 20 years of experience in the entire gamut of Hotel operations and good academic and professional experience in reputed 5-star hotels and resorts in India, Africa and Middle East.


• As hospitality professional he has been responsible for opening properties in Le Royal Meridien Chennai and Commonwealth Resort Convention Centre, Uganda, Africa. He have also been a key participant in key training programmes like Leadership skills conducted by INCON Consultants, Dubai and HACCP course accredited by Royal Institute of Public Health, UK.


• Prior to Ramada Chennai Egmore, Prakash has worked with Makaseb Group, Saudi Arabia , responsible for 50 plus hotels in Saudi Arabia and GCC countries. In addition he has also worked with Sheba Hotel, Sanaa, Yemen, Al Bustan Palace Intercontinental Hotel (Ritz Carlton), Muscat, Oman and Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort, Fujairah,UAE. Prakash holds a degree in Hotel Management from Institute of Hotel Management, Chennai India. Prakash is a result oriented leader with proven expertise in Hotel Operations with increased profits, higher customer satisfaction, implementation of new menus, promotions and has a good experience in F&B operations, re openings etc.
